They Lost What They Thought They Were Keeping

In my post of August 25, I asked the question: Why are we not using geodesic dome technology in our communities? I believe that main reason for this is: We are living our lives in an ego centred way. Most people in the world seem to be focused on their own survival and are only interested in gaining material wealth. We have been conditioned to think that there is not enough to go around for everyone in the world. Our present economic systems are based on scarcity and the survival of the fittest theme of Darwin's theory of evolution. So a lot of people in the world have the attitude of "every man for himself".

Also, we have lost site of our values, because we ignore the spiritual part of our being; therefore we have lost our knowledge of the interconnectedness of all human beings. Because of this we have become very selfish and narrow in our thinking. We are afraid to give of our selves and we are afraid to try anything new. Even though we are unhappy with the way in which we live our lives, we still feel comfortable in the rut we find ourselves in.

We do have the power, which is within all of us to change our selves, our communities and the world. This is what this blog is all about. If you read each post and if you pray and meditate on each post, you will find that your awareness and view of the world will be changing; and this in turn will enable you to take the proper actions to create a better world.

There is absolutely no reason why everyone on Planet Earth cannot live a happy and fulfilling life.

Geodesic Domes and Sustainable Community

"The hurt of one is the hurt of all, the honour of one is the honour of all." --From: "Recreating the World" by Michael and Judy Bopp

Geodesic dome technology was first developed by, R. Buckminster Fuller. "Geodesic" is natures most economical way of structuring. This technology is patterned after nature's tetrahedral based structural systems: For example, the atom, the mineral, the virus, and galaxies. This explains why geodesic domes are so strong. They are hurricane proof, earthquake proof, and can be made fire proof.

Geodesic domes are economical energy wise and very economical to build. They are also very easy to transport. There is no limit to their size - the bigger the better. One of Fuller's visions of the future was to dome over the large cities like New York City. This would reduce New York City's energy cost by eighty percent and the whole City would have a temperate climate all year round.

The environment of the Earth is in big trouble and millions are in need of housing. Even if we could provide housing at low cost, using conventional building methods; the cost to our environment would be devastating.

Domes "lend" themselves to sustainable communities. They are good for the environment and will provide low cost housing for everyone. Dome parts "factories" using templates could be put in place in each community, creating employment for community members and making the community more sustainable. After manufacturing the dome parts, any group of community members could take part in the assembly process, using the colour coded parts. This would help to build unity within the community and everyone would be able to contribute something.

Geodesic Domes: Summary of Benefits

The following has been demonstrated and proven by the deployment of over 200,000 geodesic domes around the world.

Geodesic domes are the strongest structures per weight of materials employed. The larger the dome - the higher the frequency - the stronger the structure becomes.

Geodesic domes, when properly vented cool themselves, which eliminates air conditioning. This happens because of the Bernoulli effect.

During the winter months heat loss can be reduced by up to eighty percent in comparison with conventional rectangular structures.

Geodesic domes are semi-autonomous: Electrical wiring and wet plumbing can be eliminated.

Geodesic domes are easy to assemble, disassemble, and to transport.

Geodesic domes can provide very low cost housing because of all of the above. More savings: In order to build a conventional rectangular family size home in Canada, the builder would be required to spend between $40,000 and $60,000 on the foundation alone. Such expensive foundations are not required for geodesic domes.

Geodesic dome parts must be manufactured because they are high technology dwelling machines. The geodesic domes, which were built during the 1960's in the state of California, did not work because low-tech building methods were used. It would be like trying to build a digital radio receiver with parts and materials used in the 1940's for non-digital radio receivers.

They are building and using Geodesic Domes extensively in Japan. Why are we not using them here in North America or Europe? Please do some meditation and see if you can come up with the answer. Please visit my SOCIETY GUIDE. Have a wonderful day! --Larry

The Unified Field

"All things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth, befalls the people of the earth" --Chief Seattle

In my previous posts of July 20, 23, 26, and 28 - we talked about the tetrahedral nature of, or the four-ness of the universe. We demonstrated the four-ness of all the systems that exist in the universe: the atom, thought, love and mankind being the most important ones. If we want to be successful in building sustainable communities, thereby improving everyone's quality of life; then we must have a realistic view of how the universe is structured and how it operates.

"Universal beings resemble and can be compared to particular beings, for both are subject to: one natural system, one universal law, and Divine Organization." --Abdu'l-Baha

In Synergetics: (R. Buckminster Fuller's geometry of structure) The one natural system is made up of the tetrahedron, octahedron, icosahedron within the vector equilibrium - within the isotropic vector matrix. The vector equilibrium models the nucleus or centre of every nucleated system, and is always in motion - expanding or contracting. The isotropic vector matrix models the coordinating system employed by nature in its structural patterns. The isotropic vector matrix accommodates all shapes and sizes.

In Synergetics: The one universal law is love, tensegrity - nothing touches anything else -tensional integrity - everything is held together in critical proximity by gravity/mass attraction. Love is the binding force of the Universe. Love is that, which holds everything together. Love is tensional integrity (tensegrity), which is called gravity on the macro-cosmic level and mass attraction on the micro-cosmic level. Synergetics defines love as the scientific term for gravity/mass attraction.

In Synergetics: The Divine Organization is the isotropic vector matrix, which is (as stated before) the coordinating system employed by nature in its structural patterns. The Divine Organization can be called: The Unified Field, Ethereal Matter, or The Web of Life. One can also look at Fuller's - orderliness underlying randomness equation, which is N = 2N-N divided by two - N is the exact number of unique relationships between any number of items.

Another quote by Abdu'l-Baha - in parenthesis, in terms of Synergetics:

"This nature is subject to an absolute organization (of systems), to determined laws (generalized principles), to a complete order (2N-N over 2) and a finished design (tetrahedrally-VE-IVM) from which it will never depart (indestructibility of the tetrahedron and the second law of thermodynamics) to such a degree, indeed, if you look carefully and with keen sight, form the smallest invisible atom to such large bodies of the world of existence as the globe of the sun or the other great stars and luminous spheres, weather you regard their arrangement (angle and frequency modulation), their form (E=MC[2-squared]: energy as matter or energy as radiation) or their movement (orbiting and expansion-contraction), you will find them all in the highest degree of organization and under one law (Love) from which they will never depart."

"All structures, properly understood, from the solar system to the atom, are tensegrity structures. Universe is omnitensional integrity." --R.B. Fuller

Prayer, Meditation and Internet Marketing

"The Earth is but one country, and mankind it's citizens." --Baha'u'llah

The first question you must ask yourself before becoming involved in internet marketing is: Do I have the time and enough money to have a reasonable chance of success? Then ask yourself, which is the best internet marketing program to become involved in? Do your homework by doing some investigation, then do some prayer and meditation, this will help you to have a clear vision of your goal. There are several sources for videos and ebooks with training courses on marketing, do a Google Search for these sources, using key words such as internet, marketing, training, courses, newbies, education, home, business, etc.

For best marketing programs - do a Google Search on the program - for scam warnings - also check the internet BBB (Better Business Bureau). Then take a good look at the program it self, there is usually a free trial period. Then do some more prayer and meditation - pray for detachment and guidance. Also, do some consultation with other internet marketers via blogs or Yahoo Groups.

Then choose the program that you feel is the best for you. Then comes the hard part: to stay focused. Do not get distracted by other programs that promise instant wealth or income in only two or three months. Concentrate on your program, pray and meditate everyday. Be patient, because it TAKES TIME. Remember, after praying and meditating, take ACTION. A program that I would highly recommend for marketing education is the MPAM PROGRAM. There is other information on this blog in regards to meditation (how to, effects of, scientific proof of benefits, etc.) see the index to this blog on my August 11 post.

Success comes from within.

"The Earth is but one country, and mankind it's citizens." --Baha'u'llah

I have posted one more article on meditation (see below), before moving on to the next area of sustainable community development. There are many ways to meditate, some of which I will cover in future posts. This article like the one posted on August 15 talks about how the individual benefits from meditating. Latter on I will describe how people can benefit from group meditation.

Anyone can be successful in life, if they use the tools of prayer and meditation properly. The same principle applies to group meditation.

As for my internet marketing friends who may be reading this - in my next post I will cover the aspects of meditation that will be of value to you in your marketing efforts.

"Your Inner Compass" by Steven S. Sadleir

We each have an inner compass guiding us to fulfill our purpose. We all have an inner knowing that is providing the impetus for us to develop ourselves. We are all evolving, all growing more conscious through all our life experiences; all part of a critical mass of awareness that is awakening within the collective consciousness of humanity. We are each being guided to realize our full potential by realizing our Self. Self-realization is the culmination of humanity's potential, it is the underlying desire within all humans; it is our instinct to evolve. Enlightenment is innate. Your true Self is already realized. You couldn't be anything other than that which you already are. It is time for your full self-realization.

Reflecting on your own nature helps your mind align with the part of you that already knows. Having the presence of mind to check your compass brings your mind in alignment with the spirit that's calling you to wake up from the dream, to remember who you are and why you were born so you can fulfill the purpose of your existence. The energy the guides you to be reading and reflecting on these words is your spirit. Your spirit is guiding your mind as you are reading these words as evidenced by the fact that you are reading them. It's bringing your mind into focus on the feeling that is your spirit reaching out to your mind. Shaktipat meditation is tuning to that feeling.

When you put your attention on the place between the eyebrows, as we teach, energy flows to this area and several incredible things happen: Your pituitary gland is stimulated, and working in conjunction with your pineal gland, they regulate heart rate, metabolism, respiration and other biological functions, bringing about a more peaceful state. This endocrine response further facilitates the lowering of your brain wave activity; guiding you down from Beta (14-40 cps) to Alpha (7-13 cps) then Theta (4-6 cps) and eventually Delta (0-3 cps). From within this inner quiet greater clarity, insight, happiness and peace develop. This meditation also draws the energy from your nervous system up to the uppermost regions of your brain; the "crown" in the frontal and temporal lobes of your neo-cortex. Herein lies our sixth sense, and by developing this sense your own nature is reflected back to your mind and your mind realizes the true nature of your Self.

When you meditate on your 3rd Eye, you plug into the very life force current that you are; your mind is simply connecting with your spirit, consciously. Each time you meditate on your 3rd eye, you align with the energy guiding you; spirit guides you like a compass needle pointing the way. Picture me reaching out to you in the screen of your mind, connect like a radio tuning into a broadcast, and my spirit will join with yours and we can move into this state of consciousness together. Like Saint Peter awaiting you at the pearly gates, I am reaching out to you in spirit to enter the Kingdom of Heaven that lies within. I will meet you here.

From the heart, Steven S. Safleir

Well, You Know-We All Want to Change the World by Bnei Baruch

Most people agree that there is a general crisis in the world. Gas prices are soaring, people around the world are unable to afford the bare necessities of life, and stories of hatred and terrorism dominate the news. We have reached the point where our exploitation of the earth's resources may threaten the existence of humanity. For the first time in history, parents no longer expect that their children will have it better and easier than they had it. Optimism about the future is at an all time low.

It's not that we haven't tried to solve these problems. After decades of warfare, the generation of the late 60's and 70's popularized social reform. This reform movement branched into environmental activism, social liberation, and many other movements. Yet for all the efforts of Feed the Children and Greenpeace, the world only plunges deeper into social hatred and environmental catastrophe. In the words of John Lennon, "You better change your mind instead."

In the world, there are a growing number of people who are looking for new answers. They feel a true desire to love others, and often have a nameless longing for something that they can't quite identify and which never seems to be satisfied. In Kabbalah this desire is called "a point in the heart." This is the little spark inside that causes a person to tirelessly search for the purpose of life. This is a person who no longer finds fulfillment from the pleasures of the world, and who may even have given up on saving the environment. Yet there is an inner light that burns and pushes these people to keep searching for meaning. The future of humanity rests in the hands of these people.

Kabbalah tells us that before we can save the world, we must first change ourselves. The first step is to engage in serious inner work. This inner work consists of examining the self and one's own ego, observing the way one reacts to the world and exploring the reasons behind these reactions. The reality is that everything we do is for our own self benefit. While this realization is disturbing, it is precisely what is needed in order to motivate us to change.

Through this exploration, the point in the heart grows, and the nameless desire that one feels becomes more and more specific. It is a desire to feel truly connected to others, to be able to love and be loved. This requires us to change our nature through a process called "correction." Instead of acting for personal benefit, we will only act when it benefits others. This is not the altruism we know in our world, where we still receive a benefit, even if it is only feeling good about ourselves. It is also not false martyrdom - "see how generous I am, even though it means that I suffer." No, it is a complete transformation of our nature so that the only thing we care about is the rest of humanity.

When we are able to do this, Kabbalists tell us that a whole new reality will open before us. In this reality, we will be able to see the connections between all the events in the world. By changing ourselves, we will also change everything in the external world, and the crises of the world will be resolved.

We cannot save the environment by giving money to Greenpeace. We cannot make others love each other, until we ourselves love each other. The only way change will ever happen is if all the points in the heart take it upon themselves to work on inner correction. It might sound impossible, but it is really like a wave that reaches critical mass and washes away everything in its path. Internal correction creates a chain reaction of complete and authentic change throughout the entire system. It is the responsibility of everyone with a point in the heart to do this work, or change will not happen.

Like John Lennon said, "Don't you know it's gonna be alright." In our times, the method of correction, Kabbalah, is available to all points in the heart. We must gather together to create that wave of critical mass, thereby transforming the world into one of mutual love and support

Meditation and Brain Function

"The Earth is but one country, and mankind it's citizens." --Baha'u'llah

In my blog post of July 16 we discussed scientific proof of the beneficial effects of meditation on our bodies and our minds. Meditation lowers blood pressure and relieves stress. Our immune system will function better and our feelings of well being will increase. Meditation will also improve our attention span, learning ability, and creativity.

We also know that meditation can alter brain function. Meditation can even have an affect on our DNA. The following are excerpts form an article written in the July 2008 edition of the Readers Digest: "The Plastic Brain" by Sarah Scott:

"University of Wisconsin neuroscientist Richard Davidson demonstrated this very theory with his experiment on meditation --a prime example of "mental sit-ups." He measured the brain activity of novices and highly practised Buddhist monks, and found that, unlike the novices, when the monks meditated on "unconditional loving-kindness and compassion," they generated powerful gamma waves-the type involved in higher brain processes like perception and consciousness. Thus, the repeated mental activity of meditation altered brain functioning."

"How, exactly, can repeated thoughts or activities alter the brain? For one, they can affect DNA. Research, mostly done in the 1980's and 1990's shows that thinking, learning and acting can turn our genes on or off. No one knows for sure how this occurs, but, Doidge states, "when you think thoughts repeatedly, you turn on genes to make proteins that change the structure of the neurons and increase the number of connections between brain cells." In essence, neurons become better communicators."

Universal Light and Index To My Blog Posts

"The Earth is but one country, and mankind it's citizens." --Baha'u'llah

The universal Love and Light surrounds all of us. All anyone has to do is open her heart to let the light in. Prayer is the first step one should take to accomplish this. Prayer helps to quiet the mind and starts the opening-up process. Ideally one should pray for guidance. Meditation is the next step. Meditation is a direct connection to your spirit. Prayer is like the telephone you dial, meditation is like the telephone line. Meditation leads to visualization, which is your connection to your spirit or the cosmic voice from within (inspiration).

When you are able to feel the Universal Love or see the Universal Light, you will know that it is real. You will then come to the realization that we are all one, and this will give you the capacity to love all mankind. You will know your true self as a spiritual being, and you will gain the ability to lead others to come to these same realizations.

Universal Law - the Secret to Success --by DREEMER

If you're not familiar with the growing trend of personal development, you might be wondering what 'Universal Laws' are. You may be surprised to find out that you already know the answer! In fact, you've experienced the effect of these laws and you adjust yourself to them every day.

Let me give you an example. You know what gravity is, right? Well, that's nothing more than a natural or universal law. Electricity is another example. We use it everyday to improve our quality of life.

The thing is, there are other universal laws that many people are unaware of. Because they don't understand what these laws are or how they operate, they are unable to use them to their advantage.

Imagine if you didn't know about the law of gravity. Or the law of electricity. I bet you'd agree that your life would be SIGNIFICANTLY different! This is why it's so important to understand these laws.

So what are the laws that most of us don't know about? And why are they the secrets of success?

The main law that we're talking about here is the Law of Attraction. This law states: 'Like attracts like' and 'Thought correlates with the object of its purpose'. So thoughts about failure attract failure, and thoughts about success attract success. It's really quite simple in theory. It's the part of putting it into practice that proves challenging for most people.

Before going any further, it's helpful to point out that all universal laws are immutable - that is, they remain as they are and have never changed, nor will they ever change in the future. They apply in all circumstances and to all individuals. It doesn't matter where you are, who you are, or when you were or will be alive - if you drop a ball to the ground it will fall, because of the law of gravity. Remember the same rule applies to the law of attraction.

Once we understand the vital principle that, no matter what your situation or how terrible or difficult your life may be, the law of attraction always was and always will be working - we begin to recognize the limitless possibilities that are within our reach. Problems no longer worry us, poverty no longer approaches us, and sorrow no longer accompanies us. Because all these things have been created through the law of attraction. Likewise, they can all be transformed and eliminated through the same law.

Isn't it such a liberating thing to know? But remember, until you actually apply this law by changing your way of thinking, nothing will happen. It's the same with electricity: knowing about it won't light up your home. You have to apply that knowledge by fitting a light bulb and turning on the switch.

The methods by which you can apply the law of attraction are too numerous and detailed to go into here. But fortunately, there are many resources available for those who want to take full advantage of this potentially life-changing law.

The best way you can implement this law right now is by thinking about whatever it is you want to have in your life. Do it. It won't hurt. But it will change your life.

"Building Self Awareness Activities" by Sharon Eiffel

Building self awareness is certainly a crucial part in personal development as by being aware of ourselves we become aware of what areas need development. So many of us puddle through life without knowing who we are and wandering why we get the results we get. Of course, I am not talking of who we are as in terms of name or social status. But I am talking about who we are in terms of our beliefs, our thoughts, our perceptions and essentially our experiences. In order to uncover these deeper traits it is important to build self awareness activities.

It is possible that we can build self awareness activities through professional help. However, building self awareness activities does not necessarily have to be done via professionals. Nonetheless, expert help at times can be more effective because by doing it ourselves we may unconsciously be protective of ourselves and choose not to uncover those things about ourselves that may be uncomfortable.

Still, I believe that self awareness is a journey rather than a destination. And it can be a journey filled with all sorts of variety too. As we uncover our very own selves we can discover interesting things about us, frustrating things, frightening insights and so forth. The way to go about it is to be easy about it and be open as to what to expect.

Sure, there are many building self awareness activities we can take part in order to come in touch with this deeper self. So what sort of exercises are involved in building self awareness activities? They are numerous and a straight forward example which I find interesting is the illusion exercise. In this self awareness activity, a lot of illusions are shown to a group of players for them to specifically tell what they see, and the different views which emerge can be fascinating. The individuals in the group will each look at the same image, but if you ask them what they see, the answers could be miles apart!

Essentially the purpose of building self awareness activities is to find out more about ourselves. To find out how we relate to the world around us. Why we feel the way we do, what beliefs we have etc. When we take a moment to participate in building self awareness activities then we are making a worthy investment. Because our beliefs and thoughts create our world. world. It is only when we participate in building self awareness activities that we can come face to face with who we really are, what is holding us back and what beliefs work for us.

Another simple activity of building self awareness is to simply question all your actions, thoughts, feelings, responses etc. It is essentially trying to see yourself through the eyes of the world. As you question yourself and answer the ‘why’ you do things the way you do you can uncover a lot of things you did not even know about yourself. For example, ask yourself, ‘Why you cannot do that speech’. You will find that reason to be simply a ‘belief’ you hold about yourself and as you question even more you will come to realize that this belief can be changed, and that when you change the belief, actually you can do the speech!

Such is the power of building self awareness activities because they help uncover those underlying beliefs, and as we become more aware of who we are we can transcend limitations. Building self awareness activities is thus a worthwhile exercise.

The Secret: Be Open to Everything & Attached to Nothing --by Richard Blackstone

The law of attraction tells us you bring into your life that which you put your attention on but the real secret in attracting your desires is to not be attached to the outcome of your expectations. Spirituality information tells us that your spiritual growth soars when you learn the art of being open to everything and attached to nothing. The ultimate experience of being in spirit is when you can say “yes” to everything. You can only do that when you are attached to nothing.

The one constant is that life is change and everything we know of in this physical relative universe is temporal and temporary. Our mission here in the realm of the physical is to experience in the relative world everything that we know as concepts in the realm of the absolute. Nothing is closed to us and everything is available to us. We are beings of unlimited potential and the only thing holding us back from experiencing whatever we desire is any limiting beliefs we hold about life (God). It is our beliefs that attach this stigma of limits to our existence and it is our beliefs that keep us attached to what we expect as a certain outcome for any given intention or desire.

The more we are attached to a certain belief, the more we restrict or limit the universe in the fulfillment of our desires. If we attach ourselves to a belief with enough conviction, we will effectively disallow any desire that doesn't align with that belief to manifest in our reality. If you truly believe that you are not worthy to have a lot of money in your life, then no amount of praying, beseeching, working hard or even stealing will have the effect of allowing money to flow to you. You are constantly being trumped by your deeply held belief. If you remain unattached from any limiting beliefs (and all beliefs are limiting) and open to all things, seen and unseen, then you open the floodgates of the creative process to allow anything you desire to come into your reality so that you may experience it.

You see, we are in a continual process of experiencing those desires that we choose to bring into our lives. Unfortunately, most people hold such an arsenal of limiting beliefs that they keep experiencing the same things over and over because they are attached to those beliefs and are not open to the vast array of experiences that lie just beyond their belief systems. It is hard to say yes to something that you have already emphatically said no to. Being open to everything and attached to nothing allows you to say yes to everything. No judgments involved, no guilt involved, no limits involved, just a freewheeling desire to experience life (God) in all of its different perspectives.

Now this doesn't mean that you can't have preferences. You can be open to all experiences, including those that you might label as bad, such as stealing, lying and murder, but you can have preferences, based on your experience, that will lead you to choose experiences that are in alignment with who you choose to be. You are still open to everything and attached to nothing but have a preference to choose experiences that keep you on a path that leads you toward your vision. The blessing of not being attached to anything is that it allows you to let the universe work its magic and deliver your intentions and desires to you in an unrestricted form. When the manifestation of your desires arrives in your space in a form that is unfamiliar to you, you can still say yes to it because you are not attached to any preconceived form that you might have imagined. This is the spice of life.

This is where the fun is. It is in going beyond your comfort zone of awareness into the unknown of your existence that life truly reveals itself to you. Don't strap yourself to a boring existence of only accepting and being attached to those things in life that you are familiar with. Stretch yourself and your zest for life by saying yes to everything that shows up for you. Be attached to nothing and open to everything. Say yes to the unfamiliar. Revel in the magic of the universe. Be non-attached and allow all things to flow to you.

The Science of Love

"The Earth is but one country, and mankind it's citizens." --Baha'u'llah

A note before we start: I recommend that you pray before reading the articles posted on this blog, then meditate after you are finished reading. This will aid in your understanding of these posts. In other posts on this blog I have outlined ways to meditate and I will add more in the future. You might be pleasantly surprised at the results, if you were to make a habit of praying and meditating everyday.

Following are some quotes on the subject of Love - as an extension to my last post:

"Love is the most great Law that ruleth this mighty and heavenly cycle, the unique power that bindeth together the divers elements of this material world (mass attraction), the supreme magnetic force (gravity) that directs the movements of the spheres in the celestial realms." --Abdu'l-Baha

"Gravity is unit - undifferentable. Gravity is comprehensive - inclusively embracing and permeative - is non-focusable and shadowless and is omni-integrative. All of which characteristics of gravity are also the characteristics of Love. Love is metaphysical gravity." --RBF

"Laughter and loving are omni-radiant, omni-embracing, topologically coordinate phenomena. Love synergetically integrates metaphysical radiation and metaphysical gravity, whose interpulsative, intercomplementry oppsiteness regenerates life. (Unified Field) --RBF (R. Buckminster Fuller - "Synergetics")

"Know thou of a certainty that Love is the secret of God's holy Dispensation the manifestation of the All-Merciful, the fountain of spiritual outpourings. Love is heaven's kindly light, the Holy Spirit's eternal breath that vivifieth the human soul. Love is the cause of God's revelation unto man, the vital bond inherent, in accordance with the divine creation, in the realities of things. Love is the one means that ensureth true felicity both in this world and the next. Love is the light that guideth in darkness, the living link that uniteth God with man, that assureth the progress of every illumined soul." --Abdu'l-Baha

The Power of Love - The Law of Attraction

"Since the body of Humankind is one and indivisible, each member of the race is born into the world as a trust of the whole." --"The Prosperity of Humankind" - Bahai International Community

Love is the binding force of the physical universe as well as the metaphysical universe. Without love there would be no unity and no relationships between the things that exist in the universe. Therefore, if love was not present in the universe, then nothing would exist.

The sun gives its energy freely to the plants for their growth. The plants in turn produce the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the food we eat; and these things are freely given to us by the plants. This demonstrates the interconnectedness of all things and it also demonstrates the power of attraction, which is also the power of love.

The same thing holds true in the human world. When we give freely to other people; this demonstrates love and unity between two or more persons. We as human beings have the ability to use the power of love or the law of attraction - to the advantage of everyone on this planet. We can learn how to best use these powers that are within all of us by transforming ourselves spiritually.

We can start the spiritual transformation process by learning how to pray and meditate on a daily basis. We can use prayer and meditation in groups. This will help us to become detached and have a clear vision. We must also learn true consultation; this will help us to achieve unity. In other posts on this blog I have discussed and will discuss in greater detail these ideas.
