Great Food Options For Little Ones by Christine Steendahl

At about 2 years of age, children may become picky eaters. They start to smell everything before they will eat it. Little ones change from a baby that you can cuddle and provide them all their nutrients in a bottle to little independent people who want to select what they eat.

Now is the time to come up with some creative solutions to get kids to eat foods that are good for them. The positive side of this age group is that they will mimic what they see. When you are slicing up veggies, offer them a bite.

Give the child a plastic knife and paper plate so they can pretend to cut up veggies next to you. When you take a bite of the carrot or other veggie, the toddler will copy your actions.

Depending on their age, they can combine ingredients and mix them using a blender or wooden spoon or anything else you can think of that would be age appropriate. Come up with ways that they can help you prepare a meal. They can pull lettuce apart for salads, and add olives and cherry tomatoes. You will see the delight in their faces when the family consumes one of their masterpieces. The important thing is kids will generally consume what they help make.

Get the children involved in the kitchen when it is time to prepare a meal for the family. You can make the children responsible for making the salad. Children can help you wash vegetables. They can also count out the number and types of vegetables that you will use in the salad.

Have the children make a salad bar for the family. Put out some lettuce, some sliced or chopped tomato, slices of cucumber, shredded carrot, slices of red and yellow peppers, small broccoli flowerets and other nutritious veggies.

Let the children select their favorite salad dressings. Make it a fun event as you prepare nutritious choices for your family. Don't forget the croutons and shredded cheese.

Keep these quick but nutritional snacks readily available. They can help you shop for groceries and help you prepare snacks that are good for them.

Some quick nutritious snacks to prepare in your kitchen with children include:

* Vegetable sticks with a small container of salad dressing for dipping Offer them some raw vegetables with some ranch dressing to dip them in? Many kids who don't care much for cooked vegetables will eat them up if they can dip them.

* Fresh fruit cut into bite sized pieces may be more appealing to a small child

* Pretzels are fun snacks and easy for kids to use

* Celery sticks filled with cream cheese or peanut butter and raisins provide healthy nutrition

* Fruit yogurt provides calcium

* Pudding cups are a quick snack that children can easily navigate

* Crackers--plain or with peanut butter or cheese

* Cheese sticks are full or protein

* Graham crackers a quick snack that can be combined with pudding cups

* Dried fruit - a quick way to get 2 servings of fruits

* Fruit leather - nutritious snack

* Nuts

* Tortilla chips with a small jar of salsa

Loving Service

Loving Service and Higher Consciousness by Marie C Barrett

The most valuable thing in the cosmos is the opportunity to serve. Why? Because desiring and taking action to help effect the greater good and happiness of another, is to truly love at a transformative level of love. When you serve and seek no specific benefit for yourself, you raise the consciousness of the whole of humanity. How so? Because service to others is Love and Love is the highest order of BEing in the known universe.

The most powerful way to serve and love others -and grow yourself- is by assisting them in their transformation of consciousness. Even the slightest experience of knowing someone else cares, may cause a spark of hope in a mind and heart that till that moment, was bereft of feeling lovable. Can you imagine the transformation of spirit that person, touched by love, must experience? Can you now see that to serve, to give, to share your inner glow of love, is the greatest gift you can give?

So what's holding you back? If you know you were born for greater things, and you were, what's holding you back from becoming the expanded version of yourself that you feel called to express, but of which you are afraid? If fear is holding you back, ask "What is fear?" Fear is not even real. It is an imagined inability to cope with imagined problems that may or may not arise in your future experience. And you let fear hold you back?

Every single day you can expand your family. Your spiritual brothers, sisters, children. Your spiritual family is all the people with whom you share your spirit of wisdom, your values, your ideals.

It may be said your physical family is a birth accident. But your spiritual family grows around you as you become more and more the conscious creator of your life. Is it not in your best interest, as an act of Love for yourself -as well as for others- to transform those around you by your expanded and loving presence?

During this festive season of giving, of loving and of forgetting differences, as an act of love for others, share your self realization, your heightened awareness of what life can hold and mean for others. When you are willing to be more today than you were yesterday, you automatically expand your sphere of influence for good, and grow your spiritual family around you.

Imagine a family, a job, a city, a planet transformed, because you gave yourself permission to be fully you. And in giving this gift to yourself, you give permission to others to express and become the fullness of who they are as well.

What would it be like if everyone around you was transformed? If there was love, support and understanding in relationships; if there was abundance and prosperity for all; if the world was free of addictions and substance abuse; and free of crime and violence?

Transformation is an opportunity for people to expand to more Life, not an invalidation of the life they have now. As you live to your full potential, you are automatically in service of others by your presence as BEing; then your presence allows others their space to BE, and then, too, the dream we have of 'peace of earth, goodwill to men', will be our living and lasting reality.

Let's conclude with a quote from Marianne Williamson:
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."
Do not be afraid any longer. Life is too short and every day is precious beyond measure.

Why Its Important to Stop and Reflect by Helena Ederveen

A poem many of us may know begins with the line "What is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare?" We are all in such a rush to get to our next destination we have no time to stop and reflect on where we have been and what we have done. There always the fear that if we stop - the others who keep on going will overtake us and we will be left behind in life's race. But suppose we could do even better with less need to rush along?

Reflection is a huge part of the learning process. And the more knowledge you have, the more power you wield. This knowledge may provide you a way to stop rushing along with the others and find a simpler method of achieving success without the need to always keep running.

All our lives are lived in stages. We are infants who learn by observing how others behave. Then we go to school where a formal system of teaching us begins and continues for twelve years. Some of us go on to college for another few years before working. Our working lives too are a series of stages, with one promotion and change of work after another, until we retire. In each stage we do the best we can with the tools and knowledge at our disposal. But we could have more and be better equipped.

Hindsight has a very negative connotation. But it can also be used for good. Taking time to reflect on things that happened in the past using the hindsight of the knowledge and experience you have gained since then, will often show you ways in which you could have improved your performance in the past. So what good does that do you now? Well, suppose you look back to the first time you baked a cake. Whatever the results may have been, good or bad, looking back after a few years of cooking experience behind you will allow you to see ways that in which you could have produced a better cake that time. Now suppose you have done this exercise after your second baking attempt. The second attempt will be better than the first, because you have learned more. But if you had reflected in detail on the first attempt, you may have found still more areas for improvement than the obvious ones you picked up on. The third cake will not just be an improvement on the second but will be the result of all that you have learned from your pervious experiences. This will not only help you to do better, but will give you the confidence to think of ways to reduce the work involved and make things easier for yourself. In other words, a way out of the race to keep up.

You need not always reflect alone. Sitting with other to analyze the past means more minds focused on the issue which will result in a great understanding of what you need to do in the future. The more minds shining their light on a past situation, the more light the past will shed on the present. Reflection does not mean looking back and beating yourself up for the mistakes you made or the opportunities you let slip through your fingers. Those have all long since been lost in the mists of time and there's nothing you can do about them. But being able to look back and use the knowledge you have acquired since then to understand how you can improve today is the base of future success.

You Are Who You Imagine Yourself to Be

I have been on this planet for what some people would consider a very long time. Recently, I proved that the statement: "you are never too old to learn" is actually true. I learned that wealth is simply a state of mind. All these years I have thought that wealth was determined by the amount of money you had. I also learned that most people (myself included) have unconsciously set limits on the success and wealth they believe they deserve. Wealth is a state of mind because what you believe dictates the type of relationship you have with success--and the wealth that your success produces.

To develop the mind set to become wealthy, you start by training your mind to achieve the objective. Since most of us grew up surrounded by a culture of limiting beliefs about money, it is necessary to develop new ideas about wealth. Most of our beliefs are hand-me-downs from parents, teachers and the media. Normally, we do not simply stop believing something we have believed all of our lives, which is why our mind must be re-trained. We must shift our personal beliefs about money, wealth and success. We must develop a belief system that does not question our ability to achieve any goal we set. This is essential because if your belief system says that you don't deserve to have money, happiness or wealth you'll unconsciously find ways to ensure that you end up with very little or none at all.

The following statement may not be exact, but I once read a question very similar to it: "Are rich people rich because they have a large amount of money, or do they have a large amount of money because they are rich"? Now that I know that wealth is a state of mind, I believe that successful individuals simply developed detailed ways in which to focus their thoughts, intentions and actions to create almost predictable results. The have been trained to understand how to create or manifest the thing that they desire. They first learned to change the way in which they think about money, consequently wealth and abundance are things that they expect to be a part of their life. Now that I know wealth is a state of mind, I too understand that the focus must be on improving my life, not on money and wealth!

People who have limiting beliefs about money simply have beliefs that don't support their pursuit and attainment of wealth. To achieve wealth, you must want wealth and condition your mind to attract wealth. This can be easily done by simply pushing play on a CD or MP3, close your eyes and relax while your unconscious mind goes to school and masters the art of attraction. This hypnotic experience takes you to the edge of sleep and connects with the brainwaves which are capable higher levels of being. While in a deep state of relaxation you will began to change your mind, change the way you think, and feel about wealth and abundance.

I have never seen or read any where that only certain people are capable of experiencing wealth. I believe that it is safe to assume that abundance is possible for all of us. We simply must learn to develop a wealthy mind and begin to "manifest" the money, love and good health that up to now we have believed was not possible. Now that I know that wealth is a state of mind I believe that with the proper training we can rearrange the unconscious mind and achieve all of the goals we set.

True Consultation

"The Requisites of True Consultation" -- by Abdu'l-Baha (from "Principles of Baha'i Administration" pg.42-43)

The first condition is absolute love and harmony amongst the members of the Assembly. They must be wholly free from estrangement and must manifest in themselves the Unity of God, for they are the waves of one sea, the drops of one river, the stars of one heaven, the rays of one sun, the trees of one orchard, the flowers of one garden. Should harmony of thought and absolute unity be non-existent, that gathering shall be dispersed and that Assembly be brought to naught.

The second condition: They must, when coming together, turn their faces to the Kingdom on High and ask aid from the Realm of Glory. They must then proceed with the utmost devotion, courtesy, dignity, care, and moderation to express their views. They must in every matter search out the truth and not insist upon their own opinion, for stubbornness and persistence in one's views will lead ultimately to discord and wrangling and the truth will remain hidden. The honoured members must with all freedom express their own thoughts, and it is in no wise permissible for one to belittle the thought of another, nay, he must with moderation set forth the truth, and should differences of opinion arise a majority of voices must prevail, and all must obey and submit to the majority.

It is again not permitted that any one of the honoured members object to or censure, weather in or out of the meeting, any decision arrived at previously, though that decision be not right, for such criticism would prevent any decision from being enforced. In short, whatsoever thing is arranged in harmony and with love and purity of motive, its result is light, and should the least trace of estrangement prevail the result shall be darkness upon darkness.

Meetings and Consultation

1. Prayers - Each person in attendance should read a revealed prayer or recite a prayer from the heart. I believe that it would be better to have the prayers sung or chanted. (However each person should pray in what ever manor they feel most comfortable with.)

a. To connect with ones spirit.
b. To become detached from materialism, self interest, etc.
c. To become united with all those that are a part of the group.

2. Meditation - Spending a few moments in silence (eyes closed), drumming, deep breathing exercises, chanting, there are many ways to meditate to reach a meditative state.

a. Clams the mind, turns off the internal dialog.
b. Helps one to become detached.
c. Relieves stress.

Together prayer and meditation opens the channels for communication with the Spirit World. If the meetings are to bear fruit, all members must pray for and strive for the following qualities: To be truthful, willing to learn, willing to work with and support others, to be positive, to be courteous, be compassionate, have tolerance, and be non-judgemental.

Should they be graciously aided to acquire these attributes, victory from the unseen Kingdom of Baha shall be vouchsafed to them.

This can be attained when every member expresseth with absolute freedom his own opinion and setteth forth his argument.

What is the Age of Aquarius? It is the term we give for a 2000 year cycle caused by our Solar Systems CCW rotation around our Galactic Sun.

Just as our Earth rotates around our Sun in one year cycles, our whole Solar System rotates around our Galactic Sun. It takes 24,000 years for a complete revolution. But every 2000 years we enter a new 30 degree arch called an Age.

We have just left the Age of Pisces and we are now in the Age of Aquarius. We are in a part of our Galaxy, we as people and a Solar System have never been in before.

Scientifically speaking we are in a new S.T.E. M. (Space, Time, Energy, Matter continuum). We can expect many new and wonderful things for the next 2000 years.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that there exists an infinite Ocean of thinking, intelligent Energy called the Quantum Ocean. In reality, it is the playing field matrix for the Mind of God.

Thinking for Ourselves

In my last post to this blog we talked about having to overcome the ways in which we have been conditioned to think. Before we can accomplish this, it is important for us to understand how we have become conditioned to think the way we do. *Where Beliefs Started*
From the ages of 0 to 5 you are like a sponge, absorbing and accepting the information around you without question at an unconscious level.

You were essentially being programmed: by your world and the people in it. Patterns were created and programs formed. Many of these patterns exist as neurological pathways with which you experience and create your world and are with you still today.

First of all, you were imprinted with the mental and emotional state of your mother. Until about two or three years old you felt whatever she felt. You experienced the world as she did, like an extension of her being, experiencing her thoughts and feelings whether you wanted them or not.

Those first 5 years were critical to the formulation of beliefs that exist today for several reasons.

At that age you couldn't evaluate for yourself. You didn't have the ability to logically rationalize or question anything. You had no way of knowing whether what you were about to believe was really true or not.

Further, as a child you think the world revolves around you. If there is disharmony, neglect or dysfunction, in what ever form that manifests, you think that the problem is because of you. You think that it is because you are bad, wrong or not good enough in some way.

So if your family was anything like the norm (i.e. not very normal - which of course there is no such thing anyway), you would have grown up feeling like it was your fault and there was something wrong with you.

Any pain you experienced, either from neglect punishment or criticism directly (verbal abuse, criticism, spanking) or indirectly (such as withholding affection) became stamped into your consciousness in the form of a belief. It became internalized.

You were a blank slate coloured by these experiences. The more intense the experience, the bigger the impact and the more defining and powerful the beliefs and programs that were created, programs that continue to play out in your life today. They do not diminish with time.

These beliefs and patterns, formed at a young age, are shaping the experience of your life today. And it can be a detrimental catch 22. Your beliefs create the very realities that further compound those beliefs and patterns get repeated again and again.

Changing Our Ways of Thinking

It should be obvious to all that the present economic and government systems that are at work in the world today are not functioning properly. The old world order is falling apart. People have become overspecialized, materialistic, and self-centred. Traditional family and community values seem to be disappearing.

In our present day society emphasis is placed on the individual and how well each of us competes against one another. Also, large scales of government and economy tend to isolate people from one another. Members of large institutions seem to lose contact with the grass roots.

The very nature of politics is confrontational therefore unity does not exist between the people and those who lead them. Another problem with large scale enterprises is the insistence of people on using only the "tried and true" ways of doing things and ignoring the alternatives. In some areas of our lives situations change almost hourly, we must always be open to new possibilities. Our systems of economics are based on scarcity and survival of the fittest only, which may have been true in the past, but no longer applies today.

Because of over-specialization, few people take responsibility for their actions and people have become reactive instead of proactive. For example: "Don't worry - when we get sick the doctor will take care of us." This seems to be the attitude of quite a few people - instead of taking proactive measures, like watching the kind of food we eat or taking supplements that we need to prevent illnesses.

The old system cannot be fixed. New systems have to be put into place: in order to create a better world for everyone to live in. We now have access to the technological knowledge that can make this happen. We must start building sustainable and self-sufficient communities. Before we can start the rebuilding or transformation processes, we must change our present ways of thinking and look at the world in a more realistic way. We must overcome the ways in which we have been conditioned to think and "give up the things current amongst men" --Baha'u'llah. The very first step is to transform ourselves spiritually.

Group Learning

Discussing Spiritual Stories in a Group Setting by Chris Cade

There are a number of benefits that can be derived from studying and discussing spiritual stories in any type of group setting. Usually, having a group to offer opinions and ideas will help everyone involved come to a greater understanding of the topics and lessons that are being considered. There is also a built in process of feedback when you are part of a group. Each person is able to offer their own interpretation of what the lesson or teaching means and others can add to this and create a bigger and more informative picture.

A group setting also offers a security net for people who may need to feel that others around them are helping and will support and encourage them. Groups offer a great way to ask questions and learn from other people by sharing ideas and thoughts. Individual study can be done with good results, but there is no opportunity for the give and take that will occur naturally and spontaneously when there are many people available to offer comments.

Discussions that are done in group settings are ideal for stimulating people to think about the lessons and come up with more meaningful ideas as to what the lesson meant. It is often a great help when people realize that there is no wrong way to answer questions about what spiritual lessons may mean to them on an individual basis. These lessons and ideas will always mean something different to each person and this is why it is good to hear from others about what it means to them on a personal level.

Group discussion and study periods often create the unique opportunity to listen to others speak on the same subject. You can use their thoughts and perceptions to factor in to your own ideas. This will often lead you to new insight about the spiritual stories that you may have thought you had well in hand. The group setting will also help you to evolve your own thoughts in different ways.

Mind Power

It is a long established fact that everything is energy, or more accurately vibration - a frequency of energy that is distinct and determined according to its form. It is also true that energy cannot be destroyed; it can only be changed into something else. This is a universal law and we, as humans, are no exception to it. In essence, each and every one of us is a distinct, localized field of conscious energy occupying a place in infinite space.

We are also, highly developed individuated consciousnesses in this space, our nature having evolved us to become sentient, creating for us sensory systems (eyes, skin, ears…) that enable us to be receivers of many of the frequencies that we are exposed to (light, heat, sound…). This happens by way of our brains: the electro chemical dynamo that processes the billions of frequencies we are constantly exposed to, and our minds: the cognitive translator of those brain processes into thoughts. These thoughts of course string together in a seemingly endless flow, creating the apparent reality of our lives.

But our thoughts are even more than this they are frequency transmitters. Like everything else, our thoughts are vibrations and each thought we have is in reality a wave of energy being outputted by our minds. This is our mind's power, and it effects on us, both in the inner and outer reaches of our field of influence, cannot be underestimated. Our thoughts will always take us to wherever they are focussed whether we want to go there or not. We cannot resist them, but we can change them.

All thoughts have their own distinct frequency. For example a positive thought has a different frequency from a negative thought and this is the crux to really understanding the mind's power. All energy frequencies have a charge, some have a strong positive charge, other' a weak positive charge and so forth, but whatever its charge is, it will attract to itself the same.

Knowing that thought transmits vibration, and that this vibration, according to the quality of the thought, will cause an effect relative to the quality of that thought, are the fundamentals principles of mind power. But to achieve control over this power, to know how to direct it, causing the effects you desire, requires a great deal more.

To tap into the immense power lying dormant within one's mind requires the equivalent of a seismic shift in one's thinking. One has to literally reprogram the way their mind thinks. But it is by no means impossible. In fact it is the natural progression for us as a species. And like all worthwhile endeavours, it is a step-by-step process; that once started, gives increased benefits with each step taken. And by the way, on the way, a strong thought to keep in mind is: this is the most powerful journey you can make, because it is the road to everything.

Open Heart Chakra

Open Heart Chakra: Open Your Heart Chakra Today by Rin Otori

The heart chakra located at the center of the chest, is the chakra of compassion and love. Your ability handling issues of love, grief, hatred, anger, jealousy, fears of betrayal, and loneliness depends on the condition of your heart chakra. You will find that if you open your heart chakra, handling these issues in a positive way will come more naturally to you.

A popular technique often used for exercising our heart energy, is through mantra meditation. Each chakra has a specific sound or "mantra", by reciting the heart chakra's mantra you will effectively be able to open the chakra point, effectively stimulating and strengthening it in the process.

If you happen to have a mala, which is a special string of beads used for counting mantra recitations you can use it for this exercise. If you don't that's okay, you can just count the recitations in your head instead.

Before we proceed with the exercise, I would like to forewarn you that this is a serious technique that will generate a large flow of energy. Please be careful not to overdo it, over stimulation of the heart chakra can lead to an imbalance of the other chakras. This technique should only be used in addition with other techniques that will prepare you body to handle this new energy.

Now without any further delay, here are my guidelines to performing this mantra meditation.

1.Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit down on the floor - cross legged.

2. Close your eyes, and recite the heart chakra's mantra, which is "YAM".

3. As you are chanting this visualize and focus on your heart chakra at the center of your chest.

If chanted correctly, you will notice a new rush of energy. For beginners, I recommend that you do not exceed more than 20 recitations per session.

What is Love?

Neediness often pushes other people away. Love is not a fluctuating unstable emotion. Love is not greed, possession, owning, attachment, neediness, desire, infatuation, lust, craving, addiction, jealousy, anger, egotism, or control. That which is selfish can't be love because love is selfless.

Love is good intent.
Love is service.
Love is selfless.
Love is devotion.
Love is trust.
Love is respect.
Love is kindness.
Love is compassion.
Love is good will.
Love is forgiveness.
Love is acceptance.
Love is tolerance.
Love is neutrality.
Love is unconditional.
Love is non-selective.
Love is all-encompassing.
Love is pure.
Love is Divine.
Love is Eternal.

Love is a way of being. It's the full blown radical forgiveness and acceptance of absolutely everything, as it is right now in this very moment, always.

Love is an INFINITE resource. It cannot be exhausted or used up. The more you give, the more you are able to give. The more you love, the more you can, and everybody has to start with where they are right now.

Love should not be given because you expect something in return. It is done out of selflessness (the absence of self). It's not about getting. It's about giving with no thought of reward. Not even a "thank you" should be needed or expected because that's neediness. "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Love for the sake of loving.

Relationships "fail" because people are searching outwardly for happiness and love. We are meant to share and give the happiness and love that we ALREADY ARE, with others. In doing so, it grows constantly and continuously within the one who is giving and sharing it. Love is experienced by being it yourself. Love is experienced from within, which means the source of it is within, when it's chosen. We give and share the happiness and love that we are by simply BEING it, and when we choose to be it, it's automatically being shared with others. It doesn't require any "doing". Just be Love. In becoming a better person yourself (losing the selfish self), you will be helping all others in turn.

There is no longer a "special" individual to love when all is loved equally and unconditionally. Nobody and nothing is "special" when all is equal, and if all is equal then nobody is "more important" than anybody else. Real Love is all-encompassing. It's not selective, choosy, picky, fussy, judgemental, or discriminatory. Real Love, when unobstructed by false individual opinions, beliefs, perceptions, thought processes, and emotionalism is unconditional and non-selective, no matter what. No matter what. Hence the saying, "There is no such thing as a justified resentment."

What A Shame In This Day And Age
It seems that no matter how much we evolve and how much we learn, that insidious generalizations still take place.

Every person that makes these unfortunate summations doesn't realize the impact these assumption have on the strength of societal cohesion and peace.

Racism, sexism and the disrespect of individual rights form an unholy trinity of ignorance that actually forces the evolution of thinking backwards.
This backwards thinking can be anywhere from mildly harmful to downright murderous in effect and the repercussions are plain to see for all and yet nothing changes - Why?

Social Pressure

As much good as social pressure can do, it can also have the opposite effect as people squander good sense and courtesies in order to conform to the beliefs of those who have authority over them.

This unfortunate pattern can have generational flow on effects that seem to cause nothing but the destruction of civil liberties and any thought of peace itself.

If only acceptance and tolerance were held in the same regard as illogical patriotisms and misconstrued loyalties.

Maybe we can all contribute to using our own social pressure to make those who practice such intolerance conform to peaceful sensibilities and we can escape the clutches of backwards thinking and the dark ages that define it for good.

Tolerance, Acceptance And Respect

These are principles that exist with pride in a civilized society and are lauded for their effects.

There are many things in society that are hotly debated, many have very similar people with opposing points of view, however if certain grounded methods of respectful democratic implementation are accepted then it is altogether possible that the method in which these disagreements will be more important than the subject of debate itself.

Safe Water for a Healthy: Mind, Body, and Spirit

In an earlier post I talked about the importance of drinking water. If you are taking antioxidants, antiviral, or cleansing (for colon or blood) supplements; then you need to drink a fair amount of water to flush out your digestive system and urinary tract.

To maintain optimum health one should be drinking about eight glasses of water every day. In my earlier post I recommended drinking ozonized bottled water. However, there is a major health hazard with bottled water: when the temperature of the plastic bottle is raised or lowered by several degrees dioxins (from the plastic) are released into the water.

It is also a health hazard to drink tap water. However, there is a solution to this problem: You can run the water through a ceramic-charcoal filtering system and this will remove most of the impurities. Then you can ozonize the water (with a ozoneator) and your water will be 99% pure.

These water purifying systems may cost $400 to $600. But you will save money in the long run and you will be better able to maintain good health.
